All rates, invoice bundles and billing terms in one place. No long-term commitments.
General terms
- No long-term contracts and no hidden fees.
- Operations & HR and Talent plans are billed monthly by the number of active employees in the system, with a minimum of 10 employees.
- Within the system, storage for files and attachments equals 1 GB × the number of active employees.
- The Finance plan is billed as a fixed monthly fee based on the number of invoices you can process (extracted documents) - not by employee count.
- Unused invoice capacity in a bundle does not carry over - each month starts from zero.
- You can change plans anytime, and the new rate applies from the 1st day of the next month.
- For Finance plans, when you exceed your limit the system upgrades the bundle automatically from the 1st day of the next month. This automatic change cannot be stopped.

Bundles by invoice count
You pay a fixed monthly fee for the selected bundle: price = bundle capacity × 5 CZK. Includes automatic invoice extraction, approvals and accounting export.

Example: If you exceed the monthly limit (for example on January 20 you process the 101st invoice in the 100-invoice bundle), the system automatically sets the higher bundle from the 1st day of the next month (from February 1 the 150 bundle). This change cannot be stopped.
The month in which the limit is exceeded is not recalculated - no retroactive surcharge is applied.
In the new month, you pay for the higher bundle even if you process fewer invoices (for example only 96). You can manually switch back to a lower bundle - it always takes effect from the 1st day of the next month.
