Yes. We support you through setup and migration, and we stay with you after go-live. This is not anonymous software - Steesio is backed by the Steeso team (steeso.com) with practical experience in HR, payroll processing and accounting. If you need to go beyond the system itself, we can continue exactly there - not as a requirement, but as reassurance you are not on your own.
Yes, there are no long-term commitments. You only pay for the real number of active employees. Plan changes take effect from the 1st day of the next month.
